Suspended Working Platform Introduction<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe product are mainly used for the exterior construction, decoration and fitting-out works of multi-storey buildings such as the following: high rise elevator, cable way installation, granary, colliery, security inspection, tower hoist driver\u2019s lift, welding of ship building, large tank, chimney, boiler maintenance, dam and bridge maintenance. The length can be up to 30 meters. Suspended platform is also applicable to exterior wall decoration, plastering,building insulation, coating, marble tile installation, glass curtain wall installation and cleaning. What\u2019s more, we can design special platforms which can be used for special projects according to clients\u2019 demands.<\/p>\n

It is capable of accomplishing construction tasks without the help of scaffolds. Thereby the construction cost is greatly reduced and the efficiency is improved. In addition, this suspended working platform features reliable performance as well as easy operation and displacement.<\/p>\n

(1) Platform<\/strong><\/span>
\nPlatform is the working place, consist of high balustrade, low balustrade, bottom plate, hoist mounting deck connected with bolt.<\/p>\n

(2) Hoist mechanism<\/span><\/strong>
\nHoist is the motor of suspended platform, adopted electric climbing principle.<\/p>\n

Hoist is driven by electric regenerative braking and threephase asynchronous motor, starting through turbine & worm and gear reducer, with steel rope climbing, hoist works up and down following the rope, so keep the platform up and down.<\/p>\n

(3) Safety lock<\/strong><\/span>
\nSafety lock is the protection equipment. When the platform goes acclivitous, or ropes are broken off and falling, the safety locks will lock the wire ropes automatically and quickly to ensure the safety of the operator from falling and inclining. The safefy lock is of swinging type.<\/p>\n

(4) Suspension mechanism<\/strong><\/span>
\nSuspension mechanism is on the top of the building to suspend the platforms through the steel rope.<\/p>\n

(5) Electrical control system<\/strong><\/span>
\nElectrical Contral System is used to control the movement of platforms, and the main elements are fixed in insulated board, Universal Switch,<\/p>\n

Power Indicator, Start Button and the Emergency Stop Button are in the door board of the box.
